In order to be allowed to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must be authorised by the manager or their representative, who is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and safe, and that the present rules and regulations are observed. Staying on the Clos du Rhône campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them. The rules and regulations are available to customers on request and on display at reception, as well as the safety instructions and the evacuation plan, which will be given to them on arrival.
Any person who is to stay at least one night on the campsite must first present his or her identity papers to the manager or his or her representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors: For safety reasons, minors who are not accompanied by an adult are not allowed on camping or rental holidays.
Opening hours will be displayed. At the reception desk you will find information about the services of the campsite, information about food and drink, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the area and various useful addresses. A complaints register is available to users. These will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as accurate as possible and relate to relatively recent events.s.
During their stay, clients are covered by the operator's civil liability insurance for any physical or material damage for which we may be held responsible with regard to the residents. It is the responsibility of customers to take out insurance for their car, camper van, tent or equipment, guaranteeing them against civil liability, damage, theft,...
a) Fire - As the campsite is located in a green area, it is reminded that the campsite is subject to the risk of forest fires and that it is up to everyone to remain vigilant. In case of necessity, the occupants of the site have a telephone at the reception to alert the emergency services. Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) as well as all oil-burning appliances are strictly forbidden. The storage of flammable materials or liquids is prohibited. In the event of fire, immediately notify the management or the fire brigade. The fire extinguishers on the campsite can be used in case of need. All mobile homes are also equipped with a fire extinguisher. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk. The safety instructions and the evacuation plan will be given to each customer as soon as they are installed.
b) Cigarettes - Smokers are asked to be very careful when smoking outside their mobile home. It is strictly forbidden to drop ashes on the ground or cigarette butts. Sand-filled pots are scattered around the campsite for use as ashtrays.
c) Theft - The user is responsible for their own facility and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Users of the campsite are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
Users of the campsite are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Car door and boots should be closed as quietly as possible. There must be complete silence between 00:00 and 7:00.The automatic barrier closes from 00:00 to 6:00 in the morning.

The campsite only allows one vehicle per plot, all other visitor vehicles must be parked at the campsite entrance. On the access roads to the car parks, vehicles must drive at a maximum speed of 10 km/h. Only vehicles belonging to the users staying at the campsite may circulate in the campsite.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out any action that could be detrimental to the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance
of the campsite and its installations, particularly the sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or into the gutters. Household refuse, waste of any kind, paper, etc. must be sorted and deposited in the selective bins provided for this purpose at the campsite entrance.
Washing is strictly forbidden outside the mobile home and the laundry room provided for this purpose. Everyone will be able to hang their washing on a small mobile clotheshorse near their mobile home, provided that it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. If it is not in use, the mobile clotheshorse should be put away. The trees should never be used to install a clothesline.
Extension cords should never cross a traffic lane.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. Users are not allowed to put nails in trees, cut branches, or plant any vegetation. It is also not permitted to mark out the pitch of an installation by personal means, nor to dig into the ground.
Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite will be charged to the perpetrator. The pitch used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the tenant found it on arrival. The ground of the pitch must remain natural. Garden sheds are forbidden, as are all canopies or verandas with the possible exception of an awning fixed to the caravan.
Dogs and other pets must not be let loose, or left locked up on the campsite in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible for them. Their behaviour must not be detrimental to the peace, safety and cleanliness of the campsite. Their droppings must be collected by their owners, and places have been provided for this purpose.
The client must provide the campsite with a certificate of insurance and vaccination (rabies compulsory) in accordance with the rules and regulations and the service notes. First and second category "attack dogs" (pit bulls...) are prohibited.
Access to the various collective facilities, playgrounds, swimming pool, etc. is under the full responsibility of the users. Visitors and unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the facilities. No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the collective facilities. Children should always be supervised by an adult.
The user must comply with the rules and regulations of the pool facilities, which are posted at the entrance to the swimming pool and are available at the campsite reception. In the event of non-compliance and depending on the seriousness of the problem, the management may decide to exclude the offender temporarily or permanently.

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not observe the provisions of these rules and regulations, in particular in the event of alcohol or drug abuse, the manager or their representative may give verbal warning to the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated infringement of the rules and regulations, the manager may expel the user immediately without prior warning. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.
Any expulsion for failure to comply with the rules and regulations will result in the non-reimbursement of the remaining stay, the expulsion of any person accompanying the offending person(s), and the reimbursement of all costs generated by the incident (repairs, lawyer, time spent by the SEMIS company, etc.). If necessary, SEMIS reserves the right to file a complaint against the offending party (or parties).
In the event of difficulties arising in the execution of these rules and regulations, for whatever reason, and if no amicable solution can be found to the dispute, the courts of ARLES / TARASCON shall have sole jurisdiction.
